StatSheet projects UCF to make the NIT as a three seed. The Knights are ranked #60 in the StatSheet StatRank with a 17-6 overall record and a 6-3 record in the C-USA.

Over the last four games, UCF registered wins against Southern Methodist and Palm Beach Atlantic but also suffered a loss to RPI #9 Southern Miss and a bad loss to RPI #109 Tulsa.

UCF is sub-par against strong competition, with a 2-4 record against the RPI Top 100 that includes a 2-3 record against the RPI Top 50 and an 0-1 record against AP ranked teams. While the Knights have two quality wins including RPI #20 Memphis and RPI #24 Connecticut, they're also dinged by two bad losses including RPI #109 Tulsa and RPI #158 Louisiana.

The last four teams into the NCAA Tournament with at-large bids are Miami (FL) (13-7, 4-3 ACC, StatRank #50), Ole Miss (14-8, 4-4 SEC, StatRank #51), New Mexico (19-4, 5-2 Mountain West, StatRank #40), and Minnesota (16-7, 4-6 Big Ten, StatRank #52).
